Guru Express

This place used to be great, would recieve our order delivered in around 30 mins, great food, reasonably priced.
Last 2 times we’ve ordered its taken over an hour, food was hot on both times but we were annoyed it took so long when they quoted 30 – 40 mins both times.
Anyway, we decided to ‘stick’ with them and give them another go last night but phoned in a collection order.
Went to collect it and had to wait an incredible 45 mins for our food to be ready! There were about 5 staff in the kitchen, for the entire duration we were waiting, the phone didnt ring once and there wasnt a single other order so we couldnt figure out why it was taking so long to make a few dishes!
Got the food home and it was really average, the mint sauce was rancid/​congealed and our curries just werent up to much.
Such a shame this place has gone downhill– I dont think we will be using them again :(

Good food, decent prices but really bad service. Ordered a few times from here and twice they delivered the wrong order. When I phoned to complain I got real attitude from the manager. Avoid!
