The only dedicated Children’s Soft Play Café & Soft Play Party Venue within Epsom Town Centre. Our play equipment is suitable for children aged 5 and under. We pride ourselves in having immaculately clean equipment & selling quality food including yummy hand-​made coffee using the finest coffee beans & of course decaf for expectant mummies, freshly baked cupcakes & cakes, paninis, sandwiches and lots of other yummy treats at affordable prices.

Our entry prices are:

£3.85 — Children aged 1 – 5

£2.85 — Additional Siblings

£1 for Children aged 6 months to 1 year

Free — Babies 0 – 6 months

Free — Adults

We operate a 2 hour maximum stay in busy periods. We accept debit cards. Minimum payment is £8, if under a 50p surcharge will apply.

Once Upon A Time Soft Play Café is run by a mum of 2 (aged 4 & 2). The concept behind the business was to create a fun & safe environment for children whilst carers can sit-​back and relax and catch up with friends.

My name is Louise & I set-​up Once Upon A Time Soft Play Café after realizing there was not many child-​friendly cafes around. I have 2 children and enjoy a nice cup of coffee every now and again, but always felt uncomfortable going into the well known coffee shop chains… which is why I decided to setup my own child friendly café but not only concentrating on the children I thought it was important for carers to be able to purchase quality food & drink in a fun and safe environment for the children. Being a busy mum I also found that it is hard to ‘maintain’ a beauty régime, which is why we also opened up a Beauty Salon within our Soft Play Café… there is an area for the children to play while mum/​carers can get pampered.
