No air con an was rammed an roasting sat eve, brill band on
On 4^th beer it was flat the ones before were lovely, I said my beers flat old ish guy said its the glass no sorry but took it off me, I went loo came back new drink there, but wasn’t a new drink as I have a dash (he didn’t no that) there was a dash an Obv still flat, felt disappointed, but went an bought another, 2 pints oj an a vodka coke but twice I took the 2 pints an came back as couldn’t carry 4 drinks an was only charged for the oj an vodka coke, justice I guess was a really busy night but was served quite quickly what I saw of the food looked nice.

The pub is old fashioned & not at all modern but this gives it character. They regularly host Tribute bands where entry is free of charge which is really good. They sell real ale. I havnt eaten here.

Busy town pub has open mike nights on tuesdays few real ales and different largers. Gets busy weekends. With live bands on most saturdays. Do food but not tried it. Msinly go after footie on tursdays.

The exterior of this place looks traditional, whilst the interior looks like its had a bit of an update. I particularly like the large glass roofed area that joins the two halves of this pub. Its the kind of place where you can go to get away from the crowds and the noise and have a good old fashioned beer with a few mates. There’s plenty of places nearby so if its not the place for you you’re not stuck out on a limb here.
