History
Established in 1985.
The Romano family have been displaying their authentic, personalised take on Italian cuisine throughout the 28 years since father Luigi opened the Spaghetti Tree in Sutton. While that restaurant retains its cosy, trattoria feel, daughter Maria and her brother Danny have since developed a cool, contemporary mood at a prime location by the village pond in nearby Walton on the Hill. «We are a small family-run business and the philosophy behind our restaurants is that it is best to keep it simple, traditional, fresh and affordable. Also, and probably most important of all, keep it in the family.»
