Tawe offers a car park and a service that is reasonably priced. The receptionists and vet nurses were always excellent and really showed a care for the animals.
After visiting this practice for over 10 years, I had several complications from treatment of my dog. After noticing the problems all followed treatment with the same vet, I spoke to another vet to ask for his opinion.
This vet rubbished my concerns without even bothering to listen to them. He questioned the fact that I had even had problems.
After stopping in the reception area to pay for treatment, the vet ran out after me, shouting that he had just checked my records and I was wrong!
Horrendous treatment after taking our 4 pets there for 10 years.

Tawe vets are really good, I have been with them for many years now and can’t fault anything. The receptionists are always courteous and helpful, likewise the vets, and the treatment is brilliant. When my old dog had to be put to sleep I received a sympathy card from them before the bill. So all in all a great practice to be with!
