At the beginning of the year (2008) we decided to sell our home and move, out of all the estate agents we looked into we decided to use Mark Evans and I’m glad we did.
Before signing up with Mark Evans we ‘test drove’ a number of estate agents in the area, pretending to be potential buyers (which we will have been when we had sold our house) and they seemed the best at selling a house, including being open 7 days a week, which I thought an important factor as when we would be looking for a property ourselves Sunday’s would have been the only free day we would have.
Mark Evans were efficient and very friendly and always kept us up to date with viewings and then when we sold our house they were great at dealing with everyone else in the chain and helping to reduce the stress.
