I also bank at Yorkshire bank and can’t fault them — they have two cashier windows running and queues are kept to a minimum as much as possible, the staffs are friendly and will go out of their way to help and there is a private room for consultations and to talk discreetly. The entrance is ramped and is fitted with a button to automatically open the double doors to allow a wheelchair user or someone with a pram easy access. I do like the fact that there is a large arrangement of brochures and leaflets on their current products and accounts but they are in no way pushy or have the hard sell that some places do in fact they consider themselves very much the responsible lenders. I can highly recommend the service at this branch of Yorkshire bank.
