A busy and popular shop and it deserves to be.
If you are visiting the town it is great to get some chips and a drink and go to Vire Island and watch the boats on the river, a lovely treat.

This is a great Fish and Chip shop, it has a good menu offering a variety of different foods. The staff are always really friendly even when there is a shop full of people and they are obviuosly busy. The shop is always clean and tidy and most importantly the food tastes GREAT

lovely place for fish and chips and very reasonably priced!!! its got a lovely interior and always looks clean. Situated at the top of the high street opposite a popular pub that is always buzzing, can eat in or takeaway and still do good old fashioned rock and chips. No parking so you do have to pay to park too but you dont mind as its so good. You can get a chidlrens cod and chips for £1.50 which is a bargain really

Excellent basic pile ‘em high chippy, whether eat in or take away. Service is great and the boss (Dave?) does recognize us now, especially since we told him we travel from Callington to Totnes just for his chips! Word of warning — watch out for the tea, it can be very hot. we once had some take away tea and it was still too hot to drink when we got home an hour later!
