I’ve previously been a customer of Dollond & Aitchison in Wakefield but I’m not intending to go back in the future. I received what I felt was poor customer service, particularly when I was presented with a completely different pair of frames to what I ordered with the (very rudely delivered) explanation that this was because my prescription could not be made in the size of the original frame. (And you tell me this now because? Not to mention that I checked this explanation out in relation to my script and it didn’t hold water).
Dissatisfied customer, lost business, that’s about as complex as it gets.
