Verdict: worthy of a quick lunch! I headed here with my mum whilst shopping near home one weekend. In all honesty there isn’t much of a choice on places to go in silverlink; its either nandos, frankie & bennies, pizza hut or bella italia… none of whilst take my fancy!
We just needed a quick lunch having finished our shopping we decided to head to the m&s café seeing as we were already here! We we’re quickly served at the counter given it was pretty busy! We managed to bag the last little corner table and waited for our hot drinks and food to arrive.
We both opted for a beans and cheese jacket potato and I ordered a pot of tea (how much more english can you get?!) It arrived swiftly with the food shortly after.
The jacket was nice and fluffy however I could have done with a ore crispy skin. Having said that the whole dish was cleanly served with nice little pots for the beans and even came with a side salad and a tasty salad dressing!
All in all this ticked all the boxes for a quick, simple and easy lunch!
