History

Established in 1935.

The business was started back in 1935 by Frank Dobson as a general builders. During World War II Dobsons put their expertise to good use by repairing damaged buildings in London at night. After the war ended the company expanded first into shopfitting in the fifties and sixties as and then into double glazing with the arrival of Tim Dobson in the early eighties. Today the business is run by fourth generation family members, retaining the same ethos instilled by Frank Dobson all those years ago.
