Snoggy’s

These guys know their stuff. they do a lot of South African dried meat like biltong but they have the BEST steaks in town. They season the steaks and they are as good as any restaurant steak I have ever eaten.

I was introduced to Snoggy’s but my South African tennis partner who invited me over to his place for a bbq. We munched our way through various South African meats which were all fantastic and had a great time washing it down with copious amounts of lager. A great way to spend the afternoon. Preparing for a bbq at my place, I thought it would be good to get some of the same so phoned and got the direction to Snoggy’s.
A wonderful selection of meats and sausages of which I know very little. My advice if you don’t know is to head on over and speak to the guy’s about what you like and let them guide you through and sell you something that might suit. They also do all the sauces, jams, jellies, and chutney’s to accompany these wonderful meats.
If you are planning a bbq and want something a bit different to the normal Sainsbury’s sausages and burgers, head on down to Snoogy’s and try something a bit more exotic. Thoroughly recommended.
