Balloons By Steph is owned by Stephanie Mottram who has over 9 years of balloon decoration experience, allowing her to make your day extra special no matter what options or budget you choose.

History

Established in 2013.

I previously attended halton college and completed a course on balloon and wedding floristy.

I sucessfully ran Dream Balloons in Warrington from 2006 to 2008 but due to the financial turndown i decided to close the business as the market rents were too high.

In 2013 I decided to go back into balloon decoration and opened Balloons by Steph and i have undertaken further training to become a NABAS qualified professional.
