Hatters Coffee Shop

While it doesn’t look like the trendiest coffee shop in town, the fact its hidden in a little shopping mall means that its busy by those who know it but less hectic than the mainstream places. Its generally frequented by people over a certain age, but don’t let that put you off. They do fantastic cakes, baked spuds and hot chocolates, as well as much more. The prices are quite reasonable and nothing beats sitting there with a tealight glowing upon the table and sipping a hot drink while the rain clatters onto the glass roof. Seriously, its really nice, the staff are friendly and the service is quick. The food is made fresh for you and even brought to your table. For those less able bodied, there is a lift in there if you can’t easily use the stairs, however it can be out of order at times, so be aware if you’re planning a visit.
