I phoned up this butcher to source some ox hearts and various waste meat products (ie chicken carcass, necks, feet ect) for my dogs as they are on a raw bones and meat diet. We like to use non human grade food where possible to help save on uk wastage. The owner was very rude, Agressive and hung the phone up on me. I would never ever use this butcher again, if that is how little they think and treat their customers, who are the source of their livelihood than I am sorry I would rather my business was somewhere worthwhile, and helping a butcher who is polite and curtious to his/​her customers. Politeness costs you nothing in this world after all. And to think it’s young people that get accused of being Rude and aggressive, with the older generation behaving like this, is it any wonder the young can behave as such when they are supposed to be our role models.
