Welcome my name is Dean; I am 22 and in my final year of a nutrition degree course at St Mary’s University Twickenham. Located in Woking area

At an early age I was diagnosed with a severe nut allergy, which meant I needed to be extremely careful of what I ate and more-​over develop knowledge of food ingredients. This quest for in-​depth food ingredient knowledge has now led me into the complex field of nutrition, a critically important subject that conveys the affect that the correct food intake has on our health, weight and well-​being.

I know from experience how difficult it is to select the correct food; printed advice is confusing and help limited. I aim to provide that help using my experience, results and professional degree, not, like some, an internet package qualification.
