physique warehouse gym spans two floors and 10,000 square feet. — offers a supportive environment, excellent equipment and expert fitness advice. Recently refurbished the dedicated leg room and free weights area houses dumbbells up to 65Kg. Popular with locals and athletes alike, the gym is also home to an experienced group of personal trainers and some of the country’s best sports therapists.

The gym shop sells serious kit to meet all your strength training and fitness needs. Workout clothing and accessories, boots, gloves and weightlifting belts. We also stock find a wide range of sports snacks, protein shakes and quality sports supplements in our sports café.

Not just serious kit and serious equipment, there’s also an easy atmosphere that encourages everyone to raise their personal bar.

Business Owner

Don has been in the fitness business over 20 years and so is well known within the strength and fitness industry. Initially, an independent wholesale distributor of fitness gloves and weight-​lifting belts, he travelled the country in a white van. From those early days he got an insight into what makes for a great gym, which is what his ambitions are for physique warehouse.

His commitment is to continue to build a centre of excellence, so that the gym can continue to be the best it can be — sentiments shared by the gym’s many regulars who want the same for themselves.
