History
Established in 2010.
Robert Whittington trained in Neuro Linguistic Programming Therapy and NLP Life Coaching. He also trained to level 3 Counselling Skills and Theory and completed his Hypnotherapy Diploma.
He then joined the General Hypnotherapy Register, Hypnotherapy Register., the Association of NLP, the International NLP Trainers Association and the United Kingdom Association of Solution Focused Practitioners.
Robert founded R & R Life Fluency Training & Services in May 2010 with the intention of being a force for good in his local community and has expanded his services to reach out across Essex and London.
