My name is Chris Bowman and I am an energy healer based in Newcastle upon Tyne in the north east of England and working from the Unity alternative therapy centre which is located in the Whitley Bay area near the coast.

I have a great belief in energy healing, so much so, that after working twenty five years as a doctor I took early retirement from my job as a GP in 2010 in order to allow me to concentrate solely on my work as an energy healer.

Energy healing works on the principle that we are more than just physical beings, but also have an energy field and energy channels (chakras) that run through our body, which can become distorted or blocked, and which can sometimes result in physical and emotional problems.

Energy healing cannot be used to diagnose and makes no claims to be curative. It is complementary to, and does not replace, any medical care that you may be already receiving.
