In the borough of Halton, deep in the industrial town of Widnes lies this Indian eatery, offering decent south and north Indian cuisine to the locals. The décor is warm and welcoming and the food is not bad either. You could always sense that the food is going to be just fine when you start your dining journey with the spicy poppadums. I am happy to report that the Shami kebabs are good, something which I consider as an even better sign of better things to come. The Madras /Rogonjosh/Vindaloo are options for people who don’t know any better. If you want real taste, I suggest you try the Paneer here(Indian Kurd cheese) Lamb Tikka is also extremely well seasoned and busting with a plethora of spices and flavours. I would highly recommend their bombay aloos as a side, these spicy patatoes will definitely add a bit of kick to anything you order. I have definitely been to better Indian restaurants, however I was pleasantly surprised by this one in Widnes. For the locals however it is definitely a great option adding a bit of spice to Widnes life.
