We have specialist expertise in dealing with complex children cases, including child abduction (both Hague Convention and non-​Hague Convention countries) and international relocation. We provide advice in respect of same sex and cohabiting couples, Schedule 1 financial provision for children together with different types of agreements including pre-​marital agreements, post marital agreements; cohabitation and separation agreements.
