Mighty Mikes Fish Chips

this was the best chippy eastham had to offer before it closed down in july 08. the food was nice probally not the best but it was the staff that made it lovely. mike knew the names of everyone who had ever been in that chippy and remember there orders etc. or remember if anyone was fussy and wanted something missing out of there food. the area in the past by the shops has had an anti social behaviour problem but mike would give the police free chips so you could gurentee there would always be loads of them hanging aorund the place so there was always a high police presence here. it has now closed down and its being revamped and is goign to open as a hungrys as there 2^nd shop so we will have to wait and see what its like. but mike was a piller of the comunity and im sure everyone will miss him
