This place is excellent. If you like camping then this place has everything you need.
It is located slightly out of the way in Woburn woods, but it is fantastic all in all.
They sell a wide selection of tents and all the gear you could need. We use to go here as a treat as kids, that’s how great it is.
Everything is reasonably priced, there is plenty of parking and the staff are amazing. It is nice to go in the summer and they sell ice creams also.
you can also go off into the woods after and perhaps test out your new tent!

If you’re into camping and live in the area or are passing through then Tony Wild is a must.
The shop is in the grounds of Woburn Abbey so you’re already onto a winner there — if you’re from out of the area combine it with a trip to Woburn Abbey or Safari Park.
The shop’s family run and has been there for years. It’s open during the camping season and closed between November and January.
If there’s something you need then I’d be very surprised if Tony Wild doesn’t have it, from, obviously, tents, trailer tents and caravans to camping fridges, chairs, solar showers, air beds, port-​a-​loos and anti-​mozzi candles and a lot lot more!
Plus, if you have a question don’t hesitate to ask them for advice or if you need something repairing ask if they know someone who can do the job. They have a book of contacts that looks very well used and trusty.
