I wanted to be able to post a positive review — after all, it’s five years since the previous negative reviews, right? Surely all the staff who made the dining here so poor in the past must have left by now?
Sadly the mediocre experience seems to be ingrained into the very fabric of the building causing the service to be no better than half a decade ago. The food was ok, but a delay with my drink did result in fries that were going cold by the time I got back to my table. Given that the visit was on a weekday afternoon when they were quiet I’d hate to think what a busy day would look like.

I agree with sarah, not one of the best KFC’s. But it easy to get to and plenty of parking on waitrose too.
UPDATE — this place is closed following a fire in November and will be shut till at least March apparently.
