Frankie and Benny’s is a chain offering Italian-​American cuisine. It feels a bit like an Applebee’s or a TGI Fridays except that they carry mostly pasta and pizza options and the music is all American oldies from the 50s. We got earwormed for the rest of the day! Encouragingly, they also had plenty of gluten free options for me, and I ended up going with bbq roast chicken, fries, and sides of cole slaw and corn on the cob. The menu is enormous and varied. Hilariously, it also features a typical English/​Welsh all day breakfast that they are calling an American all day breakfast… nice try, fellas!
