I visited Jones’ recently when I think the owners were on holiday and the place was being run by ‘other’ staff. The portion size for standard fish and chips was pathetically poor, best described as a small child’s portion. Fish is definitely not cod, it is just advertised as ‘fish’ and is excessively greasy. I liked this place when I was a youngster but this time is my very last visit, I have learned my lesson.
