Ignore pp the food is fabulous! It’s a buffet at lunch time and most days it’s advisable to phone ahead because it’s really popular! Also really good value considering this is kind of an expensive hotel… I’ve never stayed here but at my last check the rooms were £130 per night.
The staff are always really friendly and the restaurant /​bar /​lounge are always spotless. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was the pricey rooms but it’s THE hotel to stay in e.g. if there on business so you can’t blame them for milking it lol!

A Ramada Hotel been open a couple of years. Food here is a bit hit and miss. Can go one week and the food is good next week it is dire. We had a christmas party their last year and the food was absolutely dreadful.
