Currently in hands of trading standards. No refund given for the exchange of (several thousand pounds I might add) a faulty diamond ring (not set correctly). Staff very unhelpful (avoid the blonde /​I think she is the manageress). The certification given does not match the ring. Surprise surprise the ring is smaller that the certificate declares. Avoid this store!!! Go to a reputable jeweller in York that can be trusted!!!

County house is a little shop in york centre that sells jewellery. They sell a nice little selection of things and theyre not too expensive. I got my ears pierced there years ago and it only cost about a fiver and it was done properly and clean etc.
