I went to this Halfords to buy some oil for the car and really didn’t know which kind to get. I think it was obvious I didn’t really know what I was looking for but no one asked if I needed any help (despite the shop being completely dead and several members of stadd being in the shop) so I went to the counter to ask. The member of staff was helpful in telling me which oil to get but when I said I wasn’t really sure of where to put it into the car I wasn’t offered any help despite this being a 30 second job and my car being parked outside. I know they probably charge for this service but I wasn’t even offered any help for a charge.
