Coaching is offered face to face, via telephone or skype, and Tea & Empathy are also pleased to be able to offer a powerful self guided online career coaching programme.

History

Established in 2007.

Tea & Empathy was founded in 2007 by Rachel Anderson. Rachel was originally a forester and worked for 18 years for the Forestry Commission. However over the years Rachel realised that although she loved helping trees to grow, her real talent and passion is for helping people to grow! After experiencing the power and impact of coaching first hand and then investing time and energy in becoming a qualified Coach, Rachel took the leap to self employment to establish Tea & Empathy, whose aim is to help people live truly thriving lives.

Tea & Empathy has now helped hundreds of clients to become happier, more fulfilled and successful — see our website for just some of our client testimonials.

Rachel A.

Business Owner

Practical and pragmatic, Rachel helps mid career professionals to lead thriving lives.

Happily married with 3 daughters, life’s pretty good for Rachel just now (thanks to the coaching she’s had herself), but she has particular empathy with professional women juggling to balance the demands of work and family and with people who struggle with their self esteem. She enjoys being outdoors, going for walks, pottering in the garden — and as an ex-forester, she still loves trees!
