My 2014 Honda Accord was badly damaged by an accident. It required to replace the whole rear bumper and body work on the left side outer panel. Went to several body shops and eventually and luckily I found Zoran, who is the owner of MID and a honest hard working person. After I inspected his body shop and reviewed comments here, I made a decision to let Zoran do the job. Surely his price was the best!
He gave me a ride to my work place on Monday. He sent me pictures of my car in working progress. Got my car on Friday. It was like new again.

On a Saturday, I went to get a puncture fixed on my Honda Accord rear left tire. He quoted $ 15. I went shopping at the Indian store next door while he fixed my tire. Upon my return, he asked for $ 25. Allegedly, it was that English wasn’t my first language that I misunderstood $ 25 for $ 15. I handed him my credit card, he said «we only take cash». So, I paid cash. After a few days driving the car, the air pressure signal appeared again. I knew the jerk didn’t fix the tire. I went in again. The son was there along with his dad. They were nasty. The son demanded another $ 25 to check the tire again! He demanded another $ 25 to fill air in the tire. He added «we take cash only!» I need to report the assholes to the IRS about their cash dealings! The public need to know the crookedness of this business. I went to America’s Tire to fix the puncture. It was a FREE service.

I have an 11-​year-​old Toyota Corolla. Some upstanding citizen messed up my front bumper and decided to remain anonymous. Another upstanding citizen bent my wheel well just a tiny bit — fixing it «the proper way», body work and all, would cost a lot and increase insurance, but a touch-​up would do just fine as far as I am concerned. Just did not make sense to go through insurance with these problems. MID did a great job at a very reasonable price. Will definitely come back for things like this in the future.

Wow what an amazing experience it has been utilizing the services of this company! Every worker from the bottom to the top and from the top to the bottom deserves 5 stars! I bought a used Audi and they came out brand new when they were done! I don’t think anyone will get the kind of quality service anywhere else in the Silicon Valley like you can here at this place!

Someone rear-​ended my car recently so I have been looking for a good auto body repair shop.
MID auto was referred to me by someone who has worked with them for a long time so I decided to give them a try. I was surprised by how big the establishment is and the services they provide which is beyond auto body — practically from A-​Z.
Zoren, the owner, seemed to know quite a bit and have had many years of experience working with automobiles. He also employs a large staff of mechanics. I left my car there for a couple of days and they got my rear bumper fixed up and looking like new.
I recommend MID to anyone looking for auto body repair.

Zoran is a great guy. He diagnosed my problem over the phone and he was right! No bs or phony up sells. He did the work as promised. I will definitely be back. Sprinter mechanics are hard to find and Zoran is a winner. D

I have been his satisfied customer for 10-​plus years, for routine maintenance, preventative care, and required repairs executed on my 2004 BMW 530i and 2000 Mercedes-​Benz E320. Unlike his competition, he is not into up-​selling repairs or unnecessary services. I can attest to Zoran’s affable demeanor and his taking a personal interest in ensuring customer satisfaction. An excellent example was Zoran’s follow-​through, on a rack-​and-​pinion steering replacement repair job that went beyond his shop’s technical capability, requiring him to outsource a particular task.

Zoran is an excellent mechanic and trustworthy. Always does a great job and has competitive prices. My wife and myself have built a good relationship with Zoran over the past 7 years for repairs, PM and body work. We wouldn’t use anyone else.

Zoran Miskic is the best of the best. I had last week problem with my van no shifting problem. I called many shops in the morning and nobody was knowing what might be the problem. Finally I’ve call Zoran and on the phone he ask me to check something and after I cheched the car still doesn’t shift. He told what might be the problem and to bring to the shop. I need this car to be fix fast and he did it in next day and good job. Now car is shifting perfect. Even he was scanning and found few more problems that I need to fix. He didn’t charged me nothing for diagnosting those thing. It is very hard to find good technician like him and I’m very happy I found him. I will definitely tell my friends to go to fix their cars in his shop.

Best body shop in town. Owner is great and knows his job. He is very hands on and does a great job!

Just had my 2011 Prius door door/​body work done there.
The owner Zoran is excellent and friendly.
It involved replacing the door outer sheet metal and repaint.
Work was done very well. The paint looks like on a new car now.
If I ever need auto work in the future, I will go there again for sure.

While visiting the area from San Diego, I had a problem with the alternator in my BMW. Zoran was not only helpful and fair, but he was able to complete the work under my time and travel constraints. I appreciate the extra attention he provided (especially to an out-​of-​town visitor). This is a very professional, caring, and reliable business. So glad they were recommended to me by my own mechanic!

Zoran, the owner of MID European Auto Service is the friendliest auto mechanic I have ever found. From the moment you meet him, he is enthusiastic about answering your questions and understanding exactly what you need accomplished. Having a Jetta TDI (Diesel) it is very difficult to find a mechanic who I can trust to know how to competently work on my car. Zoran is very knowledgeable and most importantly honest about the work he does. I never feel pressured into doing work that doesn’t need to be done. He charges very fair prices for the work done and works hard to finish the work in the time he quoted.
I also had my entire car painted by Zoran and he did an awesome job for the price he quoted me. It did take him a little bit longer than he expected but the end result was a quality paint job at a very fair price. He even went through the effort to remove dents and dings that were not visible until the car handed been sanded to metal. That is going above and beyond what he had to do and I appreciate his efforts.
I am very happy with Zoran and I will continue to bring my car back to his shop for the foreseeable future.

Zoran is very trustworthy and friendly. I know him through a good friend, and I have taken my car to him many times for the past 4 years. Recently, my car window got smashed, and he was the only one who could replace it the same day and the cost was reasonable because I checked around for prices. He was nice enough to tell me what to look for when shopping for prices too because some places would replace it with non-​OEM parts for cheaper, which may not look the same as the rest of the windows. Sure enough, the places that would do it cheaper said they would use non-​OEM parts. I didn’t take the risk with non-​OME parts to save a little money and am very glad in hindsight because the window part Zoran used matched the rest of my windows perfectly. I would definitely take my car to him for repair again and highly recommend him to anyone else.

Zoran is my #1 mechanic/​auto body I go to for my e46 BMW. After about 2 years of ownership, the paint was peeling because the previous owner had done a cheap paint job. Last week I took it to Zoran and got the hood, bumper, and passenger side panel redone. The hood and bumper were a lot of work, but Zoran covered the job and did it for a great price. He even included the passenger door with no charge because it was chipping. He’s also the best for getting your oil changed for a reasonable price as well, and he also uses authentic BMW oil. As a bonus, he cleaned my car as well before returning it back to me. Definitely your one stop shop!

The best place you can take your car to! Simple as that. Zoran is amazing at what he does. He was very patient, personable and easy to get a hold of anytime we needed him. This place goes by attention to detail and impeccable customer service. He even got our car washed when we went to pick it up! I mean, who goes out of their way to do that?! Very bad service. It took longer than they had said and they didn’t even fix the problem. Not only that my car got damaged being on their property and they didn’t take responsibility for it! Don’t ever go here, unless you want your car worse than it was before you took it in!

As much is i want to help small business like yours is also my mission to make sure businesses that don’t treat their customers right to close. Just bc i am a female it doesn’t mean you can fool me.

What you did is wrong you do not need to be in business!!! HOpe your business rotten in hell if you don’t start treating every customer (women/​man) right!
People please shop around before coming this shop! He charges more then your dealership. Not worth it.

Zoran is a person you can trust. I know it sounds weird to call a mechanic a honest individual but he is genuinely that!
He knows his stuff and will do what’s needed to get you back on the road and go above and beyond to make sure it’s done right. He doesn’t have an official shuttle service but he will still get you back to where you need to be.
