My experience here was awful. I do not recommend anyone choose this place. I took my car there to get a squeaking belt, they told me the cause of my problem was a cracked thermostat. They replaced the thermostat and shortly after all my problems started… My car began to overheat. Fearing that taking it back to them would only cause more problems my parents towed it back to Lubbock to have a true professional work on it. Turns out ABCO put a defective thermostat on my car. I understand there is no way they could have know it was defective, but when I asked for my money back the manger refused because I didn’t take it to them. She attempted to belittle me and was extremely rude. She was upset I didn’t bring it back to them and scolded me for that. After asking around I know of many other people who have had bad experiences with them also. I feel I have been ripped off and wronged…
