Big Country Flowers began out of a passion to design beautiful flowers and more at affordable prices. Our master floral designer has over 20 years of experience in floral design, wedding planning, wedding decorating and a strong background in art.

Dahlia O.

Business Owner

Dahlia is an accomplished Floral designer and is certified as a Master Floral Designer. Dahlia has been designing flowers for over 20 years. Her beginning started in Galveston Texas were she owned her own flower shop and quickly became the florist of choice for most Galvestonians. Dahlia has created wedding flowers and decorating for venues such as The San Luis, The Treamont House, The Ellisa, Moody Gardens and many more. Dahlia for also the floral designer of choice for the Texas A & M graduations in Galveston. In 2001 Dahlia left Galveston due to a family emergency and moved back home to Sweetwater, Texas. She began Big Country Flowers in 2001 and has opened a flower shop in Abilene Texas in April 2012.
