Not the best experience trying to use the restroom. Had to go though two employees and someone had to walk me to the bathroom to type in a password. Pretty silly. Not the best way to treat paying customers.

They call to remind you to fill your prescriptions and when you do, they do not inform you that some might not be ready. Refilled 3 prescriptions and only one was ready. No explanation. No apology.
At another time, I waited 30 minutes for prescription and then they said they could not fill it without talking to the doctor… even though they had a written script from doctor!!!
When you call to complain… you are on hold for over 20 minutes!!! horrible!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. The reviews are true. I thought surely they can’t screw up an antibiotic that’s in stock. Yup they did. Never put in what the doctors called in. Had to get the doctors on the phone with them. Then still waited another half hour. 1 hour and 45 minutes wasted out of what already was a busy day. Being pissed off doesn’t describe it, I’ll never set foot in this place again. Save your time and go to any other pharmacy but this one, it makes me want to boycott Walgreens permanently for not acting on all of these complaints and reviews.

this walgreens is awful! I dropped my prescription off at 6 and I go back close to 930 and it wasn’t ready! four and a half hours really?! when I asked why it wasn’t ready she says «I don’t know» really?! you don’t know?!? then she walks away and starts getting someone else’s ready! (and I only know it wasn’t mine because she started messing with a cough medicine which I wasn’t getting) then when she walks back to the register she looks at me like I haven’t been standing there for ten mins waiting. this place needs to step it up and hire new people who work faster aren’t rude and can do their job!
