Great food … Always get chicken salad for lunch quick and clean! Staff is also great

Got an Italian sub and a steak tip salad. The steak tips were cold and the Italian sub was pretty bad too. Not sure if it was an off day. Not sure if I will try again.

Just got to say the pizza is probably the best I’ve had in a while. Can’t go wrong with these guys.

The food is AMAZING. IF IT WOULD EVER GET HERE. LEGIT takes over an hour for a very small order. Not to mention I live only a couple miles away.

Good Greek style pizza. Super quick delivery on a Friday night too! Friendly staff and delivery guys. Reasonably priced pizzas and subs, etc. Nice, well run local pizza joint.

Online ordering. Fast delivery. Good food. Three winning principles in this day and age.
We took to the web and ordered for the first time from Abington House of Pizza on a Saturday night. The online ordering system works well, and we did it from an iOS device. The only negative was there is no timeline laid out for when the order is being made or sent out for delivery similar to Pizzings. The positive though is that delivery occurred way faster than it ever has from Pizzings.
The menu was comparable to Brothers Roast Beef. My wife went with the crabmeat sub and it was good, with large pieces of crab (imitation). I had the grilled chicken sub and went to town with all the enhancements you can add online — mushrooms, onions, peppers, jalapeños and cheese. We tried the onion rings, a bit too little onion and too much batter for my taste. We also tried the spicy fries, while good fries, they were not spicy whatsoever.
Overall, it’s a good neighborhood place with filling food, good quality and options, and speedy delivery.

Decent place but hardly worth writing home about, although to be honest, I’ve been here twice. The first time is because I ordered a steak and cheese sub, which was very delicious. The second time was because I ordered a pepperoni pizza, which was extremely greasy to the point where the slice would fall apart the moment I tried removing it from the box (had to use a spatula to get it). Service was good however, and the place itself is very clean.

Yay! Very happy with my most recent experience here. I was STARVING so I ordered takeout. AHoP is what it is, it’s not too fancy but it delivers. I had a hard time understanding the guy on the phone, but they didn’t mess up my order, and it came quite quickly. The delivery guy was really nice AND the food was nice and toasty warm. My family and I have been ordering from AHoP as long as I can remember, and I remember it seeming a little too greasy. However, something has changed, and their pizza is much, much tastier than what I remember. I definitely got three meals out of my large pizza, which is a huge plus. I’ll be ordering from them again.

Ordered here for the first time and not only was it delicious, but it was delivered so fast I thought I might have had a seizure and lost track of time.

Delivery is fast and courteous, food is piping hot and delicious — nothing fancy, but totally gets the job done. Very good Grilled Chicken Salad as well.
They’re also attached to a convenience store so you can grab scratch tickets/​etc… right next door if necessary.
Again — nothing fancy, but a good solid ‘pizza shop’ pizza/​sub place. It’s always our #1 go-​to sub and pizza shop.

I like the pizza here; they’ve got a really decent slice. My perfect pizza is a little saucy and well-​done (moderately browned across the whole top) and AHoP pizza comes like that naturally, which is rare in my experience. The crust is both crisp and chewy simultaneously, nice and airy inside. Fantastic quality and very consistent, too. The friendly staff is the icing on the cake – really nice guys. If you live in the area and are on the prowl for a new place for a slice, give them a try. I haven’t tried the rest of the menu, so YMMV.
