Best bunch of, Highly educated and professional motorcycle techs that i have come across. I live in Rhode Island and will ONLY let their team work on my Motorcycle’s and Cars. That’s right, I drive 1 hour and 15 minutes for outstanding results. This way i know its DONE RIGHT and I never have to worry when I leave that parking lot. They are extremely honest and explain any problems in our terms, perfectly! I Wouldn’t go anywhere else or Recommend anyone else to anything less!

these guys are the real deal I brought my bike to J&G because my bike was bogging down and it had a major oil leak have I spoke with john who stated to me that he was going to have his tech look at my bike and he will call me after they diagnose the problem. well he did and told me that my bike needed to have the carbs cleaned out and the oil leak was cause by some broken internal parts inside by the shifter. He needed to order the parts from Honda and told me that my bike would be ready by the following weekend. john called me again to let me know that he needed a gasket that they did not have in stock and stated that it would take a few extra days via regular mail and asked me If I wanted to order the parts via overnight mail so I can have my bike completed by the weekend. I gave him permission and my bike was ready that following Friday I got on the expressway and rode back home and let me tell you I thought they gave me the wrong bike this thing really runs great better than ever thank you guys Tony Nunez

So happy with their service! When my dad passed away we needed to sell his Goldwing and no one else in the family knows anything about bikes. Referred by a friend, John and his crew are the best. Very honest, helpful with advice without being pushy. They picked it up, stored it for the winter, kept me updated on any interest until it sold. Honesty, integrity, always polite and very kind about this emotional situation, I highly recommend them!

Have to say I’m very disappointed in the quality of work. there quality of work was lacking for the following reasons:
1. I told them about a gas leak on my r1. They said they changed the gasket on the fuel pump and ran it through 8 – 9 heat cycles and it was fine. Yet I lifted the gas tank and noticed right away that the components under it were soaked with gas (fuel pp was actually cracked and I had it replaced elsewhere.
2. They mounted both my tires on the wheel backwards which is a rookie mistake.
3. After spending $ 1,400 cash to have the bike road ready, I went to pick it up and ¾ of a mile away from the shop it died. When I called the shop (granted I could see the owner and mechanics sitting outside) and asked them to bring it back they said it would cost me $ 100 to push it ¾ of a mile back to the shop. Found out the stator was fried as well as the regulator and battery. All which should’ve been checked by them from the get go to make sure it was in my requested riding (rideable) condition. He also became hostile and swore at me upon my request that they take my bike back in.
Over all I am beyond displeased with the amount of money and how little work and poor quality that went into it.

I got my car worked on a few times… from a new starter to a simple tire replacement… no other shop could beat their price (and believe me I called around)!!!
I recommend this shop highly for any service!!!

A friend referred us to J&G to get our motorcycles serviced. From my husband’s Suzuki cruiser to now both of our sports bikes, we haven’t come across anything that J&G doesn’t know or can’t do. They are extremely knowledgeable, very helpful and honest. John answers every question we have anytime we call. He won’t try and sell you on something that isn’t sensible, even if it means less work (and therefore money) for the shop. Labor rates are very reasonable. The whole crew is great. I’m really glad to have them as our techs.

I have brought my vehicle to J&G a few times for miscellaneous repair and have been nothing but 100% satisfied with all aspects of my experience. The shop is extremely organized and professional. Each time I’ve dropped my vehicle off for service, I receive a phone call to go over the scope of work before anything is done. John, Jarrod and Greg know their stuff and they don’t try to sell me services that I don’t need. They are efficient and my vehicle is returned to me in fantastic working order without sending me to the poor house. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for an honest, pleasant mechanic!
