I go there all the time. Christmas trees, schrubs, … last week I purchased a ½ cord of seasoned firewood. Paid top $, like anything there. Received a bucket full of dirt, snow & ice. Sooo bad. Took me 6 hours to stack it because I had to pound every piece with a hammer or scrape to get the dirt off. When all said and done had about 1 Cy of dirt. And just barely filled my wood rack. Keep in mind the rack hold ¹⁄₃ of a cord. It is obvious, whomever loaded it dug into the ground to scoop up the wood. I have no problem paying more for quality, but not for that. Never going there again.

I went here early in the spring season to look for some large shrubs to go in front of my house. I had an idea of colors i wanted. When i found someone who worked here i asked them for a Barberry plant. Those where the only things i knew that were either green or red and had color in all the seasons.
His response was Extremely rude toned «you cant get those in this state because they are now illegal to sell». I will admit i am a novice and i had NO IDEA! i see them everywhere so never in my wildest dreams would i think it was an illegal plant. typically i would have been greatful to learn this info, but instead i was bitter and angry at how i was treated by this middle aged man.
I ended up spending over $ 800 at Capeway Nursery in Middleboro right after i left Seoane. They were so nice, helped me pick out things and load my truck. They treated me like a customer should have been treated.

Came here and bought a Beautiful Giant Bush for $ 150.00. It was PAID for, TAGGED with our name on it AND MOVED to the SOLD section.
Our Landscaper came to pick it up and it was GONE and SOLD.
So that means SOMEBODY REMOVED THE RECEIPT AND SOLD SIGN so they could SELL it to someone else.
Now there’s just junk left to buy of course as its past July 4^th.
So today we went and picked something much smaller (everything else is gone) and took it with us. Not going to take any chances NOW that they sell THIS ONE!
No Discount given as a token of their mistake. So now we are stuck with a $ 70 CREDIT which forces me to go back.
I’m in Retail and when we SCREW UP, we take care of our Customers. Apparently they do NOT.

after spending thousands there,…and being treated so poorly, and in such a dismissive manner… I would shop for plants at Home Depot before I ever stopped In here again.
Worse guaranty I have ever encountered… worse customer service… unprofessional…on so many levels.

If you are looking for excellent Christmas trees, a variety of flowers and plants or some kind of garden décor, this is the place to go. They really do have everything and they offer a rewards account that is free to sign up for. They are pricier than Lowes or Home Depot but I suppose the flowers are in much better condition than any of those places!

I have purchased plants from this place the last few years. The first year I bought an azalea bush for $ 65. There prices are not cheap. When the plant died after a few months I called to inquire about their policy of replacing plants and was told I must bring it back in the container that it was purchased in. Although, I had my receipt, I did not have the container. So this year I saved everything when I spent well over $ 100 for plants. When a Rose of Sharon failed to do anything after being in the ground for nearly 3 months, I returned it. The guy thought of every reason why they should not give a refund or replace the bush. First he asked if I had fertized it. I said no. (he would have accused me of killing it if I had) but he said I should have. Then he said I should have taken a picture of it instead of bringing it in. The warranty states that you must provide a receipt along with the plant. He pointed out a differant directive on the bottom that said «Do not dig up the plant unless we instruct you» When I had called, the girl said to just bring it in.
Bottom line, he was rude and had no intention of refunding or replacing the plant. So their Plant Guarantee is a lie. I will go to Home Depot or BJ’s and pay half the price, with no problems returning a dead plant in the future.

Have attended the Container Herb and Container Garden workshops this spring. The classes are great. The staff is knowledgeable and so helpful.
My only suggestion is if they could get their class schedule out further in advance so I can plan my work schedule around it.
Good fun for a group of girl friends to go to class and either go out for dinner & drinks before or after.
The winter classes are fun too

Horrible customer service. Waited 30 minutes to get help selecting some trees. Then, at check– out was refused credit for store loyalty card even thougn I was in system. Will not do business again.

Discovered this place via a Facebook ad. Decided to check it out and glad I did. Excellent selection of everything that you would want to plant in your yard and more. Plan on visiting again soon.

Seoane’s is awesome! My wife and I wanted to buy our Chrustmas tree from a local place this year and I’ve driven by Seoane’s a million times and thought we should check them out. It was so much fun-​they had the outdoor area all decorated for the holidays and had a real fire pit with hot chocolate. All of the trees were displayed neatly and in their own stands so you could really see how each tree looks. Last year at Home Depot, the trees were all thrown in a heap and it was hard to make a decision. The customer service was great — a very friendly high school student named Matt helped us with everything. Once we picked our tree, he handled everything including a fresh cut of the trunk and he even measured it to make sure it wasn’t too big (we have 7 ft ceilings). Matt wrapped the tree and carried it out to my wives SUV-​really nice guy and awesome service that I rarely see these days. One last note– we thought it would be a lot more expensive but the prices were right on par with Lowes and Home Depot. We paid $ 45 for a beautiful 7′ Frasier Fur-​I actually thought it was a great deal. I swear we paid like 70 last year. Anyways, this place is awesome and I plan on returning in the spring for all my landscaping needs. Thanks for a great tree and thanks Matt for all your help!

have gotten my Christmas tree here every year for as far as I can remember. great environment lovely plants.

They have a great staff and really excellent selection of plants and other products. Have only ever had a positive experience here. Honestly though I always buy my plants at Lowe’s now because the price is better. This is the ONLY place we go for our Christmas tree however.

Love this place for a few reasons: #1 local business owner. # 2 knowledgable staff. # 3 great products.
Talk to any one there and they know their stuff. I have an oversized window box in full sun. For 7 years everything I plant has died. I finally asked a Seone employee and she designed a window box full of plants that have survived this summer with only two waterings.

This is the best place to buy plants. I love coming here. They have expanded and have so much more to choose from. Best prices around. I’ve never have any problems with anything that I planted from them. If you like planting you have to check this place out.

I love coming here. The place is beautiful and the flowers are very nice quality. I’ve had pretty lengthy conversations with the employees on how to keep certain things alive since I am a plant murderer.
Prices are high though. Worth the drive.

Been coming here for years. The staff really knows their stuff and they have everything you could possibly want. I know I can go there and get exactly what I’m looking for and get the advice I need to plant it correctly. They are a bit higher in price but you are getting the quality and the knowledge is free.

The place is like a drug. The more you look the more you’ll want. They are very helpful. The prices are good, but it’s hard to leave without emptying your bank account. I’m running out of yard for these plants. Oh well, guess we have to move.

I have driven by this garden center a number of times over the years and finally stopped in yesterday. This is a great store with helpful staff and reasonable prices. I can’t wait to go back!
