Look, the people here are nice enough, and they really seem like they want to help you. However, in attempting to set up high speed internet service through Comcast, we’ve now gotten three entirely different stories, and two entirely different sets of equipment. With one person saying they can’t see notes on us from the last person’s entry. It’s almost laughable really. After A LOT of wasted time, trying to set up wrong equip in our home, we finally got the right equipment and the service is active. I expect the billing will be corrected sometime before Ohio becomes beachfront property. Sigh.
