Nickel and Dime. That’s more or less the summary of my experience with them.
They took first $ 850. It was high, but I used them instead of the simple TurboTax process, just because I had additional international transactions that were too complicated for TurboTax tools.
Made a mistake in one of the numbers I gave them, and after reviewing and clarifying the numbers they fixed the report and then sent me an additional $ 125 bill for fixing the report. Classy!
Oh well… luckily there are a lot of other good firms in Massachusetts to choose from for years to come.
