We are strictly a catering company specializing in competition-style BBQ. We also offer theme menus, including Hawaiian/Tropical, Mexican, Comfort Foods, Holiday Menus, Mardi Gras, Italian and more.
Whether you need a party for an event of 50 people or for corporate appreciation parties for 300 or more, we can handle your needs. We also offer vending services for street fairs, car shows, etc.

The Pit Stop BBQ…
is a partnership of Pam Gram and Pete Weaver who started cooking BBQ for fun.
«From high pressure BBQ Competitions in several states, to cooking for 22,000 or more Marines and their families at the Twenty-nine Palms Marine base, and cooking for my daughter’s schools’ fundraisers with groups from 250 — 1,000, we have learned the essentials of putting together wonderful food, in all kinds of «environments” – and not just BBQ!
