Next Level Mobile Detailing

First time using a mobile-​detailer.
I was selling a vehicle privately since my trade-​in value was horrible (to my standards). When I contacted Next Level (via web), I was prompted reached by Tom for an initial consultation. Right off the bat, I knew this company was different b/​c I have never been consulted prior to a «car wash». He asked about problems areas in the vehicle, what I planned to do with it, and if there were specific areas that were of interest. I had no idea how to answer the questions and sheepishly answered, «do your thing.»
I ended up selecting the Level 4 Package.
Tom and Craig came to my house (on a Sunday!!!) and spent fours hours giving my car much needed TLC. Years of stains were removed with ease. I thought I needed headlight restoration but all I needed was a good polish. I thought the carpet was beyond repair but they made is looking, smelling new. Every aspect of my car was attended to (even the freaking gas tank access!!). Paint looked years younger and the vehicle was showroom quality.
Needless to say, I was able to sell the vehicle for Tippity-​Top Dollar.

Awesome job. Prepping a car for private sale.

The company I work at frequently has Tom over for the Wash at Work program. Last time 22 of our employees had signed up and Next Level washed them all! He even came back later in the week to do a few people that didn’t sign up the first day. Everyone’s cars are super clean and shiny and we couldn’t be happier! We just did it again last week and once again everyone is satisfied. This is a great service — convenient and a great value. Tom makes sure to check in with me several times and he does a great job keeping track of everyone’s keys. You can pay with cash or online with Paypal. I will recommend Next Level to anyone and I will definitely use their service again!

Next Level did a fantastic job detailing my 2005 Toyota 4 Runner. They removed the carpet & seat stains. The inside looks brand spanking new. They removed the oxidation off of my headlights, cleaned the engine, & buffed the wax to make the car sparkle & shine. The guys did an outstanding job, showed up on time, & were super friendly. I highly recommend them!

Next Level detailed my 2000 Chevy Silverado. They showed up on time, were extremely friendly and did an amazing job for a great price. Definitely recommend!

Tom did a beautiful job on my 04 Mercury Marauder. He is Very meticulous and thorough. Exceeded my expectations… Something that rarely happens to me. Worth every cent. I have no reservations recommending him. You’ll be happy! :)

Next Level! Tom came out and made our new to us Mercedes Benz look fresh off the showroom floor, and under the hot August sun, no less. Because the car was pretty clean to begin with, Tom gave us an additional discount on top of the August special. So a great service, super nice guys, and a discount he didn’t have to give. If I could give more than five stars, I would!

Next Level is certainly true to its name! They take customer service and quality of service to the next level for sure! We had our daughter’s car detailed as a gift and they went to her house, did all the work right there and transformed it from disgusting to almost new. It was amazing!
