I was in search of a camper for my family and came across a listing that met our criteria almost perfectly. I sent an email to Open Roads Complete RV the Sunday before Labor Day and received an immediate response. I went in on Labor Day to see it and was able to make a deal that day. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend this establishment.

My trailer suffered 2 broken windows and i live in New Orleans. This trailer is our second home in the summer and we keep it immaculate. We needed the repairs done in 2 weeks and the manufacturer was not helping. Ronnie and his staff were pleasant and everyone is professional. Ronnie worked with the manufacturer and the insurance company to get us on the road in time for our scheduled vacation. He called me and gave me updates, texted me pictures/​in short he treated me like it was important to him that we got this fixed.
When we were setting up the trailer, i realized one of the techs had tightened/​replaced some screws on my electric plug. — just because it needed fixing– no charge!
I would trust and recommend Ronnie and Open Road Rv anytime.
