Rude as all get out. Only care about sales and not the customers needs or wants at all. I called to get some information and ask about a certain lotion. And the girl on the phone told me that they only carry one line of products(I can’t remember the name) and she said you should switch over to it, it’s way better than what you are using and that stuff is horrible for you skin etc. I told her well thank you I was just calling to ask a few questions and the girl hung up on me. I can’t believe that the management there even tolerates this behavior.

Just recently relocated to area and love how close this location is to our new home. The staff is very friendly and the beds and rooms are always clean. I LOVE the Sun Angel bed and the fact that I did not burn. Literally had a nice golden tan within the first week of joining and I don’t tan easily. I have also tried the body wrap because I received a free one for buying a lotion and it was very relaxing. The Versa Spa is also nice and quick and does not turn you orange like others I have tried in the past. As for the people complaining about the staff and the sales tactics they use… you can say NO!!! You don’t have to buy but it is their job to ask. I would definitely recommend this location to a friend.

I just got done tanning, my eyes burned from one of the beds and they did nothing. I asked them what to do and they said they had never seen that before! Ok well if you haven’t seen it before then you need to take into consideration that one of your clients has been burned regardless if you’ve seen it or not. Honestly, I’m extremely disappointed in their customer service and will not be returning to this location, there are nicer beds at other locations anyway. Don’t waste your time!

I am astonished at the poor reviews for this particular tanning salon. I have been a customer for over 15 years, both at the Barrett pkwy location and the Acworth locations. Never have I been treated rudely or with any pressure to buy products that are available. Remember, this is a business and they sell products. That is part of their job, if you’re not interested say«no» and move on. The Acworth location is in a great location, and is always very clean. Solar Dimensions is busy, yes– has been in business for a long time serving their customers. If they were so HORRIBLE with their customer service would they still be in business? I think not! Waiting to tan sometimes does happen, particularly if you are going during the high demand hours. I personally have only had to wait a couple times and that was due to the time I chose to tan(high demand hours). Are you seeing a pattern here? Busy, waiting for beds, must have made a lot of people«satisfied» with their products and service or this would not be the case. @ Tam. To call out and mention an individual by name who is «just doing her job» is unfortunate. Jackie always greets me by name and seems genuinely interested in «How I have been». Being a manager of retail location is not easy. You can deal with«young staff» who wants to have the weekend off. And quits because they don’t get if(hence– turn over).I will continue to support Solar Dimensions with my business as I have for over 15 years. They do have great specials both on product and tanning, ask the staff if one is «coming up». Tam, Laura and Vivian go tan somewhere else they really don’t need your business.

My previous experience at this location wasn’t great, but it was primarily because of pricing on Versa Spa. However, my wife and I have found some of their recent promotions to be very worthwhile. Combine this with their friendly staff and I say we have completely changed our minds about this location. For the record, I have been going to this location off and on since 1996 and I live in a neighborhood near. I have heard nothing but good things from others.

very expensive!!! They basically charge you just for stepping in the door and the sales pressure to upgrade and to buy their expensive products is annoying. Not a relaxing experience. I have been to many tanning salons in lots of different states and this is heist difficult an expensive experience I have had.
