History

Established in 1972.

My father, Harry H. Wolfe started C & H in 1972. Initially, Dad was an «Antique Dealer», traveling all over the United States with my younger brother Chris, in search of antique treasures to bring back to the D.C. Metro area. Through their extensive traveling, they discovered many companies which offered unique and hard to find items which could be used to help in the restoration process of many of the antiques they purchased. When area dealers would come to purchase antiques from my father and brother, they would ask if they could also purchase a piece of hardware, wax or veneer. Hence, the creation of C & H. Brother Chris has since moved on to other businesses. I joined my Dad and C & H in 1989 and the rest is «History».
