History

Established in 1996.

Established as a Maryland Home Improvement Contractor, Installing doors, Windows, and performing miscellaneous home repairs directly to the homeowner. I then obtained a factory authorized independent awning dealership in 2005.

Currently I am a dealer for Sunsetter Awnings, Craftbilt (Aristocrat) Awnings, and Sunair Awnings. Serving Frederick County Maryland and Adjacent Counties in Maryland and Virginia. Also serving The Panhandle of West Virginia, including Martinsburg, Jefferson, Morgan, and Berkley Counties.

As a Maryland native, I graduated from Richard Montgomery HS in 1971, and Lehigh University in 1975. I then worked it the commercial construction field as a site planner, an office engineer, project engineer, and project superintendent in various commercial projects in Mississippi, Delaware, Maryland, And Virginia. Obtained a Professional Engineer’s License in 1984, and Maryland Home improvement Contractor’s License in 1996. Happily Married with two grown children. My regular customers know me as «The Singing Carpenter»
