They claim that they use positive training to train dogs, but they sure do not use it on people.
I also had the beginnings of a problem with submissive peeing and they made sure that it was a full blown problem. My dog pees when their head trainers walks into the room. (Sigh!) Doesn’t do it around anyone else.
Very over priced, very rude and condescending, just as the other reviewers claim.
Also the facility is very dark and dirty. Parking is limited, and be careful with small dogs, especially in the evening, lots of owls around.

I wanted to get my dog into agility & though I wasn’t a fan of paying $ 26 to sit in a room to discuss everyone’s personal dog problems, I went ahead and sat thru the ITP class. My dog has completed several obedience classes so having to sit in a class with people who have potty training issues & no prior obedience training what so ever was kind of a waste. However, what irked me the most was that after 2 ignored emails requesting more info & to schedule private sessions, I gave up on this place. They should focus more on the dogs than trying to book events at the facility, which is what seemed to be their priority. Not to mention they really push brands they sell in their shop during the IPT, I purchased a bag of ZiwiPeak treats which ended with a trip to the vet after giving 2 pieces to my dog. I’m actually glad no one reached out to me, there were a lot of inaccuracies discussed in the IPT, which to a newbie to training would have not been noticed.

For those thinking of using this place for dog training you should know that they require you to go to a seminar before you can take any of their classes. It’s only offered two times a week so you’d better hope that one of those two works for your schedule. The class is to teach you about positive training and it states in their information that they don’t care how much personal experience you have training dogs you must still come to this class.
I don’t want to have to take a humans only seminar just to do something interesting indoors with my dog. I nicely asked the woman who answered the phone if she could recommend a dog training facility where they didn’t force you to take a humans only class. She said no. I said «so you don’t know of any other good dog training groups in the DFW area?» She said no. I asked if anyone else who was there might be able to help by offering a recommendation. She said everyone was busy. I guess they’re so busy that they don’t need new business.

I came in to get some info on classes and pricing. There was a trainer at the front that greeted me. She was rude and condescending to me, almost as if she didn’t want my business. I asked her if she had a brochure or something and she said no, that she would email me the info. I left my email with her and never received anything. It’s a shame because I really wanted to like this facility since I live five minutes from it. There are plenty of dog training facility that would be happy to take my money, though,
As for cleanliness, there were old rusty kennels sitting out front by the entrance with soiled mats and blankets. The front area where there’s a little shop that sells supplies and food smelled of cigarette smoke.
