Allure Skin & Laser Center

I’ve had quite the experience getting a few places on my body treated with laser hair removal. This place is the best for that. I never received other services, but they are extremely professional, flexible, sanitary, and they really do have the BEST EQUIPMENT. Even places downtown don’t have what they have.
This location was not very close to me or to my work… But it was worth fighting through that traffic.

I love Allure! My skin always looks amazing after a face treatment ! I now buy all my makeup and skincare products at Allure. The staff is very knowledgeable and guides me in the right direction. Great deals and a great staff… I will continue to be a client.

BEWARE*******Customer service is horrible, the benefits of the procedures change in the same sentence. When no results are obtained, they upsell product. The manager talks over you, and repeats that she is the manager and no one else will speak to you. Puts words in your mouth, and is just RUDE, ignorant and obviously paid on a commission of sales.

This place burned my skin with the Smoothbeam machine. It kept beeping and the technician said «I don’t know why it keeps doing that.» So little did I know she would turn it on every time it shut off because it must have sensed that there was a problem. It left lots of crescent mark-​burns on my face. If they don’t know how to use the machines, they should not go ahead an take chances with people’s faces.

Went in today no appt but they squeezed me in and Ria took care of my needs? She does such a great job and always makes me feel right at home ! I don’t think I could ever go to Anyone else I’m hooked !

Christine is amazing, both knowledgable and friendly. The place has a relaxing vibe, and she is very patient with cry babies like myself. I also like that they send text and email reminders ahead of time instead of just a phone call the day before, its important to keep up with the times.

I love, love, love this place. I purchased a Living Social and had been working on getting a tattoo removed. I had some work done already at another location and the experience at Allure Skin Center was totally different! The girls are super sweet and actually took there time with me! I was «under» for a few minutes, compared to the other location of a few seconds! After the 1^st session I noticed a MAJOR difference! After the 2^nd session, the tattoo is totally gone! I really wish I would have found this place sooner! I got a facial done as well! It was AMAZING! My skin is super soft and glowing! I will definetly refer my friends and family here!

I am so thrilled! I just received sculptra injections from Maggie who always does an amazing job. She has also administered my botox, dysport and fillers, Maggie is not only knowledgeable but a true artist of her profession. I have been patronizing ALLURE for two years and after trying many medspas I have become a loyal customer who appreciates the awesome results along with the modern office and friendly knowledgeable staff.

I can’t say enough good things about Allure! I’ve had three tattoo removal treatments (from a Groupon) so far and these nice ladies treat you the same whether you have a Groupon or you pay with cash.
The office is very modern, pretty, and zen. Ahhh… It’s quiet and peaceful with warm soft colors. Everything is clean and the lady that lasers me is SO nice because I’m a huge chicken every time I go in there. She sent me home with numbing cream to apply before my next appointment. (Yay!)
I mixed up my 2^nd appointment time and arrived an hour late but they were able to accommodate me anyway. I know it was my fault and I offered to reschedule, but she had an hour before her next appointment and took me anyway.
I will continue with treatment here, their customer service has made me a huge fan. I love everything about this place.

WARNING
The nurse that does the injections does NOT know what she is doing. She does not use botox and uses dysport (the newer cheaper one) and when u ask her why she uses it she does not have an answer. She admisters the ‘botox’ incorrect — I took a class in botox and know what is supposed to be done– also she rubs the injection site after which is a BIG NO NO! She does not know the basics and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL

I am currently getting a tattoo removed. I’ve only had one treatment, so I’ll update this review after I’ve had 3+ treatments, they’re all scheduled 6 weeks apart, so it’ll be some time.
Thus far, the office was nice looking, the staff was on time and attentive to my needs, and my appointment was exactly on time.
That’s about all I have at this point, this will be an ongoing updated ‘rolling’ review, stay tuned…

Very professional staff and an upscale experience in Addison. The building is a bit hard to find, but the services are worth it. Inside, the facility seamlessly combines medical-​based services with a high-​end spa feel, putting you at ease for your services.
I also appreciate that this business has an elaborate technology-​driven reservation system. You can elect to receive a text-​message reminder or they’ll send you an e-​mail with a confirmation button. Fan!

After snagging a sweet LivingSocial deal for tattoo removal, I booked an appointment and got my ugly tatted ankle into Allure right away. The building is regular old office building, but once you step in to Allure, it is really nice. They have clean, professional, and zen-​like rooms to calm you down (as calm as you can get whilst getting needles and lasers shoved at you, that is). There is even a room for filling out paperwork, complete with a flat screen so you can watch TV while you wait for your numbing cream to work (if you go that route). I, however, am impatient so I went right in. The technician, Katie, is wonderful. She is nice, really thorough, and is very caring. I hope that I don’t have to use all three sessions (since I have already had 10 removal sessions elsewhere) but I wouldn’t mind going back to Allure if I do.

i booked an appt at allure after purchasing a livingsocial coupon for laser tattoo removal. this business is short on reviews on Unilocal,which is unusual – but i think it’s a newer medspa – so i’ll admit i had my doubts.
booking an appt was very easy – the person who picked up the phone was very nice and helpful. i had asked questions about what type of equipment they used, and she had the technician call me back with a very throrough answer. best of all, when they knew i had a livingsocial deal *they treated me no differently*. i’m so irritated with places that agree to do a daily deal and treat you like crap when you try and book a service. allure was absolutely great about it. i was feeling better about things.
okay, so off i went. appt was booked for later that week (yesterday). i’ve never had a tattoo removed. i never thought i would because it has been so cost prohibative. with the coupon in hand i went to their offices. don’t let the office building fool you – their space is warm and welcoming and makes you feel very comfortable. from the outside the building does feel a little dated, but you get over it quickly. (after doing a few daily deals for personal services, you get good at gauging pretty quickly whether you should turn around and walk away.)
katie was the techician that did the work. she was so nice, and reassuring and answered all my questions. she got me started with paperwork right away and explained what the process would be. because it was my first appointment, it took a little longer to wait for the numbing cream to take effect. so there’s a nice little room with magazines and a TV and comfortable chairs where you can hang out and wait. sweet.
time to get started. okay, i’ll say it – the procedure hurts. i believe this to be the nature of the beast. but the sensation and process is exactly as katie explained, and very similar to what i had read online. she was patient, checked in with me, let me call when to take a break, etc. about 15 minutes of lasering left me with no tears. not bad.
this morning i can see the redness that she explained would happen, and i can already see the tattoo is lighter. i have reasonable expectations for the outcome of just three visits, and that’s okay with me. no one «upsold» me from the start with the whole «oh, you should buy another package at a zillion dollars or i’m never going to be able to get rid of the tattoo with just this coupon». none of that. so i’ll finish my three appointments and if i need more, i’ll gladly go back to finish even without the coupon.
all in all, huge thumbs up!

I have been looking for somewhere to go to get some «getting closer to 50» work done, and by chance found Allure. When I first called them, they were very polite and nice, making it a bit more comfortable for me. When I showed up, plenty of parking, nice area and a very nice office. The staff was very helpful in talking to me about what I «wanted» and what I needed. After talking with them I proceeded with my first of many appointments with Allure. Even found out they did tattoo laser removal, which I have started also. I am happy I found Allure, and now that I am getting «younger», I owe it all to them! Thank you Rea and staff for giving me my spunk back!
