History

Established in 1974.

Owned and directed by Industrial Audiologist Carolyn Tolley, M.S. CCC-​A, ASI has provided on-​site testing services since 1974. ASI’s nationwide health and safety programs surpass OSHA, MSHA and NIOSH standards and include audiometric, respirator medical clearance and fit programs, noise surveys, individual dosimetry, and vision screening.

Business Owner

Carolyn Tolley has been the President /​Owner of ASI Health Services since the 1980’s. She serves the company as the Audiologist on staff and reviews all hearing tests and provides analysis on the results for clients nationwide.
