I wouldn’t go anywhere other than Auto Advantage for just about any automotive service I need. They are honest, fair, reliable, and reasonably priced! They have never tried to upsell me on things I don’t need. They have been able to address every issue we have ever brought to them. First class people and service! As Dan R. mentioned, they do get busy at times, so if you are looking for the fastest service around, depending upon the day and time, you might not get it… but if you are looking for honesty, reliability and fair prices, Auto Advantage is your place!

First off, one of the mechanics that works here told me all the mechanics rush while they are fixing the cars which is why so many mistakes and revisits have to happen. Before I knew that I had to keep coming back for the same issues I had, which now makes sense. They overcharge you for not that great of work and cheap parts they put in your car. My horn stopped working 3 times in the last 2 years and they said it’s normal! It’s def not normal.

Sorry people who wrote below me. Not sure if you were at the correct Auto Advantage but I have been going there for many, many years and have never had a problem. In fact I would have to say they go out of their way for everyone. The place is always packed so yes you cannot always just pop in for an oil change. There is a reason the other places you go to are not crowded. Use your brains. And if you leave and something goes wrong bring your car right back and they will see what the problem is. All of the work is guaranteed. The customer service there is wonderful and Dominick and Leon couldn’t be nicer and more trustworthy. If you need your car fixed and you want to find a place that you could trust go to Auto Advantage. Prices are better then most places. Go ahead try the rest, I guarantee you will be back for the best…

I have had my automobiles serviced here for the past 10 years. I was very upset with my recent encounter on Monday, 12/​30/​2013 @ 8:30 a.m.
I arrived for an oil change, Leon was at the counter. No one was in the waiting area. He said, they’d be able to have my car done by 3:00 p.m. I told him I didn’t have a ride waiting for me. I tried contacting a few family members who had already left for work. I told him, I’d have to come back at a later time, since I had no ride!
I live in Itasca, he never mentioned the Shuttle Service available! I’m certain he could have squeezed me in for a simple oil change. I would have waited an hour. I work in Customer Service and exceed my clients expectations all the time!
I left, went down the block to Jiffy Lube and was in & out in less that 15 minutes. The staff and Carmella were friendly, knowledgeable and got the job done!!!
Sorry Leon … next time, try stepping «out of the box» for your customers!

Went there to get my car diagnosed because it wouldn’t start. They told me it was spark plugs, a battery and a mass air filter that needed to be replaced. That was fine with me. I also had them recharge my air conditioning.
When I got my car back, it drove fine for a few hours and then it kept dying while driving it. I took it back in and they said it was a defective part and replaced it.
My recharged AC was cold for only a few days and they didn’t bother to check the hose for leaks.
The guy at the counter was nice, but the work they did was lousy.

I’ve been going here for quite some time and I’ve always been happy with the service, and always very reasonable.

Be on guard if having your car serviced here. They will try and sell you services you don’t need. Or tell you something is wrong with your car when in fact there isn’t anything wrong. It’s worth $$$$ it to find a reputable company. I have and I’m so happy.
