Highly recommend! This company was a lifesaver. Very accommodating after another Chicago area limo service cancelled my limo bus reservation, less than 24 hours before a wedding to take the wedding party of 20 from the church to the reception venue after I had made the reservation 3 months in advance and confirmed with them the week of the wedding. We called this company at 300 pm on Friday and the schedule person was super helpful and kind. Then about and hour and half later the dispatcher called to confirm our reservation. The limo bus arrived exactly on time to the church on Saturday. The limo bus driver, Dennis, was super! The limo bus was clean, beautiful, comfortable!

Look at the amount of 1 star reviews and take this into strong consideration. I was suppose to have a limo for 4 hours. When I made the reservation I was told we could be on it as long as needed and be dropped off. Then we would call back for another pick up/​drop off. When the driver showed up (35 minutes late. We did not get 35 minutes added or money taken off the price or the mandatory 20% tip needed) he told us we could only get on the bus if we had a destination and that we had to go straight there. I was on the phone multiple times with this company trying to get my money back or even cut my loses on the deposit and just cancel. They would not cancel my reservation without charging me the full amount since the driver had already showed up. For our 4 hour window I reserved, we were in both limos for a total of an hour. $ 540 later. Never again.

I received a quote from this company today at 130ish, for a two hour service for prom. Was quoted $ 495. I was at a store and didn’t want to give my card information out in public so was going to call back once I got back into the car. Two hours later, called to make the deposit I am told then that the price is $ 799 and they don’t have a two hour package. Oh, and let me add that the guy was quite rude and nonchalant. When told that I was going to complain, his response was, is there anything else that I can help you with. No apology, no NOTHING! — I guess prom season should now be called, LET’S SCREW THESE PEOPLE OUT OF AS MUCH MONEY AS WE CAN GET!!!

Do NOT book with this company. very deceiving and corrupt group of people. They are completely unprofessional and pretty much scammers. I tried booking with this company, specifically wrote out an email to book a particular vehicle, they agreed to it, told me to call back to put 20% deposit. When i tried to reserve and book, i was told it would be any «random» limo with the pick up and drop off and not the one i wanted. Even though i clearly stated in my email the vehicle i wanted. Extremely deceptive practices and poorly ran business. Just look at the reviews on this before you even consider using this company. NOT WORTH THE HEADACHES, i Promise you!

ZERO STARS!!! Do NOT book with this company! I used them on my wedding day, 3÷12÷16 & the radio stopped working 20 minutes into the drive & would not work again. We heard the driver tell the manager that the radio was «acting up again». They clearly knew this bus had an issue with the radio & still sent it out. We also did not receive the red carpet service or «just married» sign as we were promised I emailed the company & did not hear anything after 4 days, so I called. The dispatcher was BEYOND rude & said the manager wasn’t in until the afternoon. When I finally received a call back the driver offered me $ 50 refund & $ 50off my next service. I informed him I would never use them again so after some arguing I got a measly $ 100 back after spending just over $ 1,000.00. Call me crazy but $ 100 isn’t much when the radio going off kills the fun happening on your PARTY Bus the day of your wedding. They don’t seem to value their customers one bit. I have never received such poor customer service in my life.

It was one of the best party buses that I’ve ever tried. The driver was very professional, showed up 15 – 20 minutes before, he was friendly and helpful. The bus was very nice and lights and sounds was also pretty good. I highly recommend Avital.

I wanted to let you know that I am extremely unsatisfied with the service I received from your company.
First, the driver was late picking up the bridal party. He came at almost 230, the ceremony was at 3:00. The bus was filthy, empty cans and bottles and the floor was dirty and sticky. He didn’t even replenish any of the drinks for us. My wedding dress and the other girls dresses got dirty and wet from the gound. There was no red carpet, flowers or just married sign as stated in the email that I received from the company.
Second, the driver Calvin was the rudest person I have ever met. As soon as I got on the bus, I’m the bride, he asked me for the money and told me to sign the contract before I even sat down. I paid a deposit of 128.00 when I booked over the phone Then I paid 645 in cash for the 4 hours, because that’s what he said I owed. So I overpaid before we even left the hotel to go anywhere.
Third, when we got off the bus, we stayed a half hour past the 4 hour time mark taking pictures. In the email which I received from your company, it said that one hour more was $ 100.00. When we got to the venue, the driver told me it was going to be 190.00 extra because it’s $ 5.00/ per minute. I told him I would give him the extra 100.00 even though it wasn’t an hour extra and he told me he was going to call the police on me if I didn’t give him the money. He said «I was stealing goods and services from him» and that I would go to jail unless I paid him.
When I told him I refused to pay that price, he told me ok just give me $ 125 and we are even. I am not going to haggle with the bus driver on my wedding day! It’s either a set price or I’m not paying you cash for something you just make up on the spot.
Fourth, He kept on arguing with me about the price, refused to let me get off of the bus and then called the police on me.
I am the bride and he called the police on me on my wedding day!!!
The police pretty much told him to f*ck off and were shocked that he would do something like that to someone on their wedding, when I had already paid!!!
This is the worst service from anyone I have ever experienced.
Calvin should be ashamed of the way he acted and should be fired!!!
Who calls the police on the bride???
I overpaid your company and he still tried charged me $ 190.00 extra. Claiming it was 5.00/ per minute.
Shame on this company for treating the bride like this on her wedding day, this is embarrassing for your avital limo and the way you treat customers is disgusting!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I waited a long time to post this as I know how damaging a bad review can be to a companies reputation, however I have had plenty of time to sit on this & just thinking about it all gets me so upset each time. If you are considering this company STRONGLY RECONSIDER. After reading some of the sketchy reviews I decided to give them a chance because they seemed nice enough. Don’t be me. RUN NOW.
Avitals «service» (or lack thereof) was a domino effect on messing up so many aspects of my wedding day. The wedding was supposed to start at 12:30. The driver picked up our groomsmen at 11:30 & the church was a 10 minute drive. He was supposed to then immediately return to pick up the bridesmaids & myself. The driver did not return to pick us up until after 12:40! OVER AN HOUR later. I did not arrive at the church for my wedding until almost 1 pm! The mass was one hour long & we had to be out by 2. Because of this I missed out on important pre-​wedding moments like having my mom help me into my dress. Instead I was rushed into my wedding and rushed through taking only a few photos at the church I grew up in because we had to rush out of the church. Not a good way to start your wedding day.
The sound system was shorting out at first when we got back onto the bus. Got it to stop after 20 minutes. We all tried to forget about that morning & finally unwind & celebrate & have a good time (hence why we got a PARTY bus). We had provided driver a list of places we were to stop to take photos that day. Of course he kept with the theme of the day & got lost & turned around on the way to stop one of three & failed to mention it to any of us. Given his inability to communicate this, it took my photographer calling us to ask where we were for us to realize what was going on. At this point he had us so lost that even I & my friends that grew up with me in this area had no idea where we were. By the time he got us to where we needed to be for stop one photos, it ate up so much of the time that we had only 20 minutes left at that point to get us to our reception venue before the 5 pm cut off time as stated in the contract. So we missed our other two stops.
This may seem like bad luck, but if you read anything, read this:
He gets to the reception venue at a quarter till 5 & turns off the music stands up & said get off since he had another wedding to go to. You have been late on every aspect of my day, & you now want to rush me off 15 minutes early? We had drinks, purses, flow on the bus so we were trying to get everything off the bus – at the same time guests were showing up to the reception. There was a foam cooler belonging to the driver. We asked if we could buy it off of him for ease of getting everything off in a rush. We assumed if we offered a generous $ ¹⁵⁄₂₀ for it he’d be more than happy given it was worth a few dollars. His response? «Make it $ 50 & its yours.» We laughed, but he wasn’t joking. It was a bus that was said to seat 30, & we had 22 & it was a tight fit. My MOH sat at the front & had a pile of our things stacked so they weren’t in the way. When we went to start packing up the bus in a rush her phone was on top of the pile & fell off. As she went to go put it back up there, the driver said to her «Here-​give me it. I have a slot right here you can set it in to keep it safe» since people were in & out trying to unload the bus. She trustingly said okay & we went back to rushing. We finally unloaded & we were on our way & AS the driver was pulling out of the lot – I kid you not we still saw him driving – she said «Oh shoot – he has my phone!» Immediately we panicked & called him. We finally reached the driver & he said «Sorry I have it here in that slot still, but I have to get to this other wedding — you can call the office tomorrow to come get it.» Her husband called & said «Look – you are only a few minutes out – I will speed to where you are just pull over & I’ll grab it!» The bus driver HUNG UP on him & never answered again. We then call Avital. They claimed they called driver & he said he didn’t have the phone. Good thing track my iPhone GPS doesn’t lie. We watched the phone traveling on GPS back to Chicago. (We were in IN) The next day & days following we were hung up on, told we’d get calls back that never came, etc. The phone was showing on gps AT their yard before moving to farther towards the south side.
Finally reached the owner again days later. He called us liars & said he stood by his driver & we were SOL. And that was just with the phone. He also offered no apologies for every other aspect of that day. Just that he stood by his driver.
Avital robbed us of a phone, but that is replaceable. To me it means much more that I was robbed of my sanity that day, & robbed of so many moments that I will never get back due to his negligence. You spend a lot of money to have a perfect day: don’t let the shadiness of this company ruin that.

Driver was rude and came 1 hr early and then rushed us because he said he had another pick up.

I’ve booked a number of party buses and venues in the past several years and Avital Limousine is by far the most professional, timely, and communicative firm I’ve had the pleasure to deal with. Both party buses I’ve used with them have been amazing and top of the line. I’m looking forward to booking again soon.

Thanks for such a great night! Driver showed up early and was dressed professionally. He made the trip as easy and safe as possible and avoided traffic. We were on time to all of the stops and we arrived early to our final destination. Bus was great! Thanks Avital for such a great time and service!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. From the start it was a nightmare. They wouldn’t let us cancel, told us they would work with us so we don’t cancel. Then denied having the whole conversation with us… Wish I never hired them for my wedding. They make false promises about their services, the owner was a total jerk. The only good thing I would say about this company is our limo driver was great. Other than that I would NEVER use this company again, I was forced to give one star… take my advise and don’t use them.

This gets one star because of the driver who helped us gets another form of transportation. On our wedding day, the hummer limo broke down. No air. Owner came out and looked at it while we were getting married in church and basically said we were f**ked and left. Total ahole. He did not even try and get us another form of transportation. The driver, who was a student and did this for extra cash, was the one who stuck around and helped hook up another ride last minute. Owner did not care. We did get refund, but owner did not want to give deposit back. Screw him. You did not perform service. He should of actually paid for our other transportation but he was an ass. Never will deal with them for future events.

I rented from them last weekend for a joint bachelor party I was in charge of. The bus was amazing and we all had a lot of fun. We only had a few issues that cause a bump in the road.
1. Our driver was very rude and obnoxious. His name was Carlos and every other word out of his mouth was F*ck/F*cking. He acted like we were stupid and a waste of his time. This was upsetting because our night would have been perfect if we had a different driver.
2. The driver tried to accuse my little cousin of bending the stripper pole when he twirled around it. I then became very defensive because my cousin is very small (I am heavier than him and I weigh 175lb at 5’8) he tried to tell us that the stripper pole was not meant to twirl around just to dance up against, which makes NO SENSE! since when is a stripper pole not meant to twirl around!!! Don’t advertise it or put it in the bus! (That is the company’s problem) also if a pole bends that easy it is technically a safety hazard on the bus! We had multiple people on the bus come forward and say the pole was bent before we even got on the bus! The driver was very sketchy when he was talking to us and he made us very uncomfortable.
If is wasn’t for the rude driver I would have given this company 5 stars but because of him I’m only giving them 3 :(
I might rent from this company again as long as I had a different driver.
If you do rent from this company request that you don’t want Carlos! You will thank me in the long run!

Avital has done all my family transportation events for the past 5years. They are always prompt and responsive to all requests. We’ve used them for my mom’s 80^th Bday to the House of Blues, party bus for my bday, downtown trips, airport drop offs and most recently my daughters Prom. The service for Prom was extraordinary in their new Hummer SUV! I can’t say enough about Avital they service all age groups and party events with style and great customer satisfied drivers. I give them 5+stars! Always more than pleased, The Anderson Family!

We just got married 10÷4÷14. We had about 26 people on our limo bus. We had a blast! Great music, lights, atmosphere, and a big screen with music videos playing. They had a couple of bottles of champagne for us, and we brought our own cooler with beer, water, etc. The driver took the exact route we wanted, and went to the place we wanted for pictures without any problems at all. They picked us up where we wanted and were on time. We really didn’t have any complaints and were happy with their professionalism, and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend Avital to anyone looking to have a good time. They were basically the best priced option we could fine too after shopping around quite a bit.

Avital was a great choice for our wedding day. We had 20 people in our wedding party including me and my wife. We also had 2 photographers on the bus with us as well and we were able to party comfortably while we were driving around listening to music. The coolers were fully stocked with beer and champagne. The driver was very helpful and courteous to our wedding party and whatever we needed. If we would have wanted a stuffed moose he would have been able to find one for us. Luckily our only requests were minimal alcohol related ones that he complete during our ceremony. I highly recommend Avital to anyone looking for a limo service in the Chicago area. The sound system was great, the limo was very clean, the customer service was top notch and the experience was unforgettable. For the price, there is no beating Avital Limousine.

Horrible Service!
The drivers got lost dropping my groom off at the church (a 2 minutes drive from the house) and then lost AGAIN coming back to get me. I was late for our ceremony and the driver took no responsibility for any of this!
Later, the driver got us lost AGAIN going to the reception the company took NO responsibility for any of this and they charged us $ 150 for an extra hour of service even though their advertised rates were $ 125/​extra hour.
This company us RUDE, unprofessional and are crooks! They are the sole reason for any stress we had on our wedding day which should be the most amazing day of our lives.

Upgraded my rental for no extra charge!
I was planning a buddy’s bachelor party over the memorial day weekend and the limousine I had spoken to them about reserving was already taken. But they upgraded me to the next one up for no extra charge! I was also worried about being billed for being dropped off at one location and picked up at another location down a little ways away but there was no extra charge!
I would definitely recommend Avital to anyone booking an event.
And at the end of the day, their fleet is just downright badass.

I booked Alvital for a friends bachelor party. I did quite a bit of research and their pricing seemed to fall in line with what the other companies were charging (although one friend swears it was way too high). We rented a 14 person «party limo» for 5 hours and paid $ 900 including tip. They were professional, showed up on time, and the limo was the nicest that I have ever ridden. It appears that they keep their fleet of cars/​buses up to date and well maintained. Our driver was friendly and flexible with our constant changes in bars.
I had to dock a star, because they required cash up front for the remainder of the balance once the limo showed up. The deposit was $ 150 and the balance was $ 750. I would much prefer to put a large charge like that on my credit card rather than walk around with that much cash earlier in the day. It wasn’t a huge issue, but I really didn’t feel comfortable paying in full at the start of our 5 hour bar crawl.
